Orders are shipped from California, USA.

Free Shipping is 1st class US Mail.

**Note when Checking Out, the Shipping Address must be input in order for the shipping options to appear.  Not all shipping options are available to all addresses.**

Free Shipping: Prices listed on the web site include shipping charges, to destinations within the United States of America, unless marked otherwise. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO are considered addresses within the United States.

Shipping to Puerto Rico: When checking out, select “Puerto Rico” as the Country (even though it is within the US).  Be sure to include the zip code you are shipping to within Puerto Rico.  That will eliminate any Air Mail charges.  FedEx is not available to Puerto Rico.

Shipping to the US Virgin Islands: When checking out, select “USVI” as the Country (even though it is within the US).  Be sure to include the zip code you are shipping to within the US Virgin Islands.  That will eliminate any Air Mail charges.  FedEx is not available to the US Virgin Islands.

Regular shipping, included in the price of the dog tags, is by US Mail, First Class. The package will arrive with your regular mail or can be delivered to Post Office Boxes.

If you order one set of current issue dog tags the price is $14.99 US Dollars. For that price you would receive the complete set of dog tags (2 stamped tags, 1 stainless steel ball chain-27″, 1 stainless steel ball chain-5.5″, and 2 silencers), shipping, handling, catalog, and free gift.

All orders must be paid in US Dollars. All orders must be pre-paid before they are shipped. We are sorry there are no C.O.D.s (Cash on Delivery).

Delivery to addresses within the United States:

US Postal Service, First Class, 7-14 days delivery–FREE

US Postal Service, First Class, with Tracking Number and tags assembled, 8-14 days delivery–$5.50 US dollars

Expedited Shipping within the United States:

US Priority Mail, 3-5 Days Unguaranteed* with Delivery Confirmation number–Add $10.00 US Dollars to price.

Federal Express, Guaranteed**, 3 Day Saver–Add $28.00 US Dollars to the price.

Federal Express, Guaranteed***, Standard Overnight Delivery, Afternoon delivery–Add $48.00 US Dollars to the price.

You can call us at 1-800-364-8360 if you need verification on FedEx day of delivery and price.

*Unguaranteed delivery only refers to the shipping method. Our products are still guaranteed for quality and accuracy.  The Priority Mail estimate of 3-5 days is only an estimate of the expected delivery date.  It is not guaranteed to arrive on an exact day or time.  It could arrive earlier or later than the estimate.  No refund will be given if the delivery is made after the 5 day estimate.

**Be very clear on what 3 Day Saver means.  It does not count the first day the order was received as a shipping day.  It does not count Saturday or Sunday as shipping days.  So, for example, if you place an order for FedEx 3 Day Saver on Friday at 4PM, you will not receive that package until Thursday of the following week.  Since Friday at 4pm is past our production cut-off time, the order will be stamped and shipped on Monday.  It will take 3 days for delivery, Tues, Wed, Th.  You would receive it Thursday and not Monday.

***Guaranteed delivery Standard Overnight Delivery means you will be given a specific delivery day.  Refund of the delivery cost is determined by FedEx feasibility of shipping conditions.  Holidays, Saturdays, Sundays, and the day of shipping do not count as shipping or production days.  So, for example, if you place an order for FedEx Standard Overnight Delivery on Friday at 4PM, you will not receive that package until Tuesday of the following week.  Since Friday at 4pm is past our production cut-off time, the order will be stamped and shipped on Monday.  It will take 1 day for delivery.  You would receive it Tuesday and not Monday.

***If a shipment is going to a remote region (Hawaii, Alaska, rural areas, etc. for example) Overnight Delivery may be changed to 2 Day Delivery at the same rate as Overnight Delivery.  Fedex delivery to military addresses may be delayed and/or cancelled.

Delivery to Canada:

Delivery to Canada from the US usually take 4-6 weeks-Add $4.00 US Dollars to the price.  Shipments sent by Air Mail.

Delivery to countries outside of the United States:

Delivery to countries outside of the US usually take 4-6 weeks-Add $6.00 US Dollars to the price.  Shipments sent by Air Mail.

Tracking numbers:

If you pick a shipping option that requires a tracking number like US Priority Mail or Federal Express, the tracking number will be e-mailed to you within approximately 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays.

We strive to maintain the quickest production time in all of mail order. That means your dog tags will usually be shipped the next business day. US holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not considered business days.

Sales Tax

The only other additional charge will be if you live in California. You will need to add sales tax to any shipment made to addresses in California. The current sales tax rate for transactions made in Orange County California is 7.75%.
